中文摘要:以含铌和钛热轧双相钢为研究对象,在热模拟机MMS-200上研究了变形量对热轧双相钢中第二相粒子析出行为的影响。通过显微组织观察可以发现,热轧含铌和钛的双相钢呈现明显的双相特征,组织为铁素体和少量马氏体。随着变形量的增加,晶粒尺寸减小,第二相粒子尺寸明显减小且析出增多,分布比较弥散。尺寸大的粒子呈方形,含铌量多,含钛量少。
英文摘要:The effect of reduction on the second-phase particle precipitation of the hot rolled dual-phase Nb and Ti-bearing steel were studied on MMS-200. It is found that the dual-phase steel displays clearly classic dual phase morphology which is ferrite and martensite by the observation of microstructure.The grain sizes are smaller, the size of the second-phase particles are clear smaller and the quantity of the precipitated second-phase particles are increased and dispersed with the increasing of reduction.the size of larger particles are square and contain higher Nb and lower Ti.
