中文摘要:本文采用熔体发泡法,对不同发泡剂粒度和发泡温度下泡沫镁合金的结构进行了研究。研究结果表明:通过控制发泡剂的粒度和发泡温度,可以制备出密度、孔隙率及气孔大小可调的泡沫镁合金;随着发泡剂粒度的增加,泡沫镁合金的密度先减小后增大,当发泡剂粒度为0.25 mm时,泡沫镁合金的密度最小;随着发泡温度的提高,泡沫镁合金的密度逐渐减小;泡沫镁合金平均孔隙率的变化规律与密度的变化规律相反;随着发泡剂粒度的增加或发泡温度的升高,泡沫镁合金的气孔尺寸逐渐增大。
英文摘要:Effects of particle size of foaming agent and foaming temperature on structure of foamed magnesium alloy by direct foaming process was studied in this paper. Experimental results show that foamed magnesium alloy with different pore size, density and porosity can be obtained by controlling particle size of foaming agent and foaming temperature. As particle size of foaming agent increases, the density of foamed magnesium decreases at first and then increases. When the particle size of foaming agent is 0.25 mm,the density of foamed magnesium alloy is the minimum. With the increase of foaming temperature, the density of foamed magnesium alloy decreases. Variation law of porosity of foamed magnesium is reverse to density. As particle size of foaming agent or foaming temperature increases, the pore size of foamed magnesium alloy increases.
