中文摘要:本文对铸造铝合金材料在强韧化方面进行了探讨,主要分析了Fe元素和变质工艺对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明: 当Fe含量越低则力学性能越好,在试验中铝合金的含Fe量均控制在低于0.14%;熔炼时采用Sr变质,加入方式为Al-Sr合金。
英文摘要: Strengthening and toughening of cast aluminum alloy was studied, influence of mechanical properties of Fe content and modifying process was mainly analyzed. The results show that, when the Fe content is lower then the mechanical properties and better, so Fe content controls in less than 0.14%; adding Al-Sr alloy smelting, using Sr modification.
