中文摘要:本文基于数值模拟技术运用热力学和动力学理论建立了风力机法兰塔筒焊接件熔池的数学模型;并运用ANSYS进行了热-应力耦合和热-结构耦合分析,通过分析法兰焊接时发生角变形的原因,根据风力机法兰和塔筒的焊接技术要求,在法兰塔筒连接制造过程中,采用预留焊接反变形量的方法改进风力机法兰和塔筒的焊接工艺。
英文摘要:Welding molten pool mathematical model is set based on the thermodynamic and kinetic theory, which is belong to a wind turbine tower flange; and the coupled thermal stress and the thermal structure coupling are analyzed using ANSYS, through analyzing the causes of welding angular deformation, and according to the welding technical requirements of wind turbine tower and flanges, the weld predeformation method technology iss used to improve wind turbine tower flanges and welding.
