中文摘要:为了拓宽亚共晶铝硅合金的应用范围,本文配制了一种不同于现有牌号的新成分合金AlSi7.5Cu2Mg0.2,设计正交试验,研究固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度及时效时间对合金的硬度、冲击韧性及显微组织的影响。结果表明,固溶温度和时效温度对合金的硬度和冲击韧性影响较大,而固溶时间和时效时间对合金性能影响较小。这种新成分合金经适当的热处理后,布氏硬度最高达128.4HB,冲击韧性最高达33.8J/cm2,综合性能比现有牌号的铸造亚共晶铝硅合金都要好,预期应用前景广泛。
英文摘要:In order to broaden application of the hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy, the AlSi7.5Cu2Mg0.2 alloy had been prepared and its composition was different from the existing brand. The orthogonal experiment was designed by changing the solution temperature, solution time, aging temperature and aging time to find the optimum technology of heat treatment and the microstructure, Brinell hardness and impact toughness of the alloy were studied. The results showed that the influence of solution temperature and aging temperature on Brinell hardness and impact toughness of the alloy was large, and the influence of solution time and aging time was small. When the new composition alloy was by the appropriate heat treatment, the highest Brinell hardness of the alloy was 128.4HB, and the highest impact toughness was 33.8J/cm2. The overall performances of the alloy were better than the existing brand hypoeutectic Al-Si alloys. We expect the alloy having good prospects for wide application.
