中文摘要:采用正交试验法研究了冷变形量、固溶温度和固溶时间三因素对Z2CND18-12N奥氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:固溶温度对其强度和塑性影响最大,固溶时间次之,冷变形量影响最小。当冷变形量为25%,在1050 ℃固溶10 min时,Z2CND18-12N钢的组织最为均匀,晶粒大小约为35 μm,室温拉伸抗拉强度(Rm)为604 MPa,屈服强度(RP0.2)为250 MPa,延伸率(A)为59%,该钢具有良好的强度和塑性。
英文摘要:The influence of cold deformation, solution temperature and solution time on the structure and mechanical properties of Z2CND18-12N austenite stainless steel was studied by orthogonal test. The results show that solution temperature is the most important factor on strength and plasticity of the materials and solution time comes second. When the materials is processed with reduction ratio 25%, solution treatment at 1050℃ for 10min, grain size is about 35μm, the value of tensile strength, yield strength and elongation is 604MPa, 250MPa and 59% respectively, and the materials shows excellent strength and plasticity.
