中文摘要:本文实验研究了SKS51钢650-900℃温度范围内的脱碳特性及其对淬硬性的影响,研究结果表明:随着温度及保温时间的增加,脱碳层深度增加,尤其温度在800℃以上时,脱碳明显加剧;脱碳对钢的淬硬性有明显影响,随着脱碳层深度增加,钢的硬度降低。
英文摘要:Decarburizing characteristic and its effect on steel SKS51 between 650℃ and 900℃ was investigated. The research shows that, the decarburization depth increases with temperature or holding time increasing. There will be significant increase if temperature is above 800℃. Decarburization has great influence for hardenability. The hardness of steels decreases with the increasing of the decarburization depth.
