中文摘要:理解飞机材料的断裂性能,有利于减少飞机维修费用以及维修周期。为了研究7075合金在使用过程中的裂纹失效问题,利用三维裂纹扩展软件FRANC3D对该材料构件进行计算仿真,通过改变边界条件以及初始裂纹位置,得到不同条件下的仿真结果。通过对仿真结果进行处理,验证了FRANC3D的可靠性以及得到了筋板对材料抗裂纹能力的影响。
英文摘要:The understanding of fatigue performance in plane materials is conducive to permitting a reduction of aircraft maintenance cost and maintenance cycle. In order to study the crack failure problems of 7075Aluminium alloy, FRANC3D (Fracture Analysis Code in 3Dimensions) is used to simulate the process of crack failure. By changing boundary conditions and original crack positions, the simulation results under different conditions ware obtained. The reliability of FRANC3D was proved and the influence of rib plate on the crack resistance ability was obtained by processing the simulation results.
