中文摘要:采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机研究了热轧DP双相钢的TMCP(Thermo Mechanical Control Process)工艺,分析工艺参数变形量、冷却速度、缓冷时间对含Nb热轧双相钢显微组织性能的影响。研究发现:增大变形量和延长缓冷时间,铁素体的含量增加,可以获得细小铁素体组织;轧后冷却速度越大,马氏体总含量越多,铁素体晶粒尺寸细小。根据实验结果,进行了热轧双相钢DP690的工业试制,性能满足要求。结果说明大的终轧变形量和轧后适当延长缓冷时间是获得工业生产理想双相钢的工艺保证。
英文摘要:The effects of deformation, cooling rate and slow cooling time on microstructure of hot rolled dual-phase steel with Nb was analysised by a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator in order to study the technology of TMCP about hot rolled dual-phase steel. It is found that more volume and smaller size ferrite could be obtained through increasing the deformation and slow cooling time, and after rolled as the cooling rate is faster, the more volume of martensite and the smaller size of ferrite is acquired. According to the experimental results, the hot rolled DP690 was industrial trial produced, and the performance meets the requirements. The results show that increasing the deformation and proper slow cooling time can guarantee ideal duplex steel in the industrial production after rolled.
