中文摘要:10CrNi3Mo钢是海洋焊接结构用高强度钢,要求具有优良的低温韧性。本文通过组织观察、系列温度冲击、断口形貌等方法对10CrNi3Mo钢的低温韧性进行研究。根据系列冲击试验的能量判据、断口判据和塑性判据得出的韧脆转变温度-100 ℃以下。为了进一步研究材料的低温韧性,本文采用更接近实际尺寸的动态撕裂试验,试验结果表明动态撕裂试验与系列冲击趋势相同,韧脆转变温度约为-75℃。通过综合研究分析,10CrNi3Mo钢具有良好的低温韧性。
英文摘要:The welding structure high strength steel 10CrNi3Mo is required of excellent low temperature toughness. The low temperature toughness of 10CrNi3Mo steel was investigated via observation of microstructure and the morphology of fracture and series temperature Charpy impact test. The series temperature Charpy impact test results showed that the ductile-brittle transition temperature was below -100℃.DT test was also carried out to further investigation of low temperature toughness. The DT test and Charpy impact test results showed the same trend. According to DT test results the ductile-brittle transition temperature of this steel was -75℃. Synthesis analysis indicated that 10CrNi3Mo steel had excellent low temperature toughness.
