中文摘要:焊接过程产生的焊接应力和变形,不仅影响焊接结构的制造过程,而且还影响焊接结构的使用性能。本文基于LD10薄板焊接构件的特点,利用有限元模拟软件Marc,通过模拟焊接过程,综合考虑了焊接的热源,材料空气的散热系数,焊接与冷却的时间,碾压力等边界条件建立了LD10工件的随焊碾压有限元模拟模型。对比了常规焊接条件下和随焊碾压工艺条件下,薄板的残余应力与应变的情况,比较不同的碾压参数下焊件的残余应力与应变,确定了碾压力及压下量对焊接残余应力的影响。在此基础上明确了随焊碾压控制焊接残余应力应变的力学机理。
英文摘要:Welding process produces the welding stress and deformation, not only affect welding structure of manufacturing process, but also affects the use of welding structure performance. This article based on the characteristics of the welding plate component, considering the boundary conditions of welding heat sources, air cooling coefficient of the material, welding and the cooling of the time, grinding pressure and so on, using the finite element simulation software of Marc through the simulation welding process to establishes the finite element simulation model of the LD10 aluminum alloy welding with rolling. The residual stress of sheet in the conventional welding conditions and welding with rolling are compared, and different rolling parameters are investigated. The results show that the welding roller can effectively reduce residual stress and deformation.
