中文摘要:本文针对数控旋压成形加工过程中的常见旋压缺陷及旋轮的常见失效形式,提出了一种蠕动式进给旋压加工的新工艺方法。在此基础上,对筒形旋压件进行了常规数控旋压成形加工和蠕动进给旋压成形加工进行对比试验。实验结果表明:一方面,新方法显著提高了旋轮的使用寿命,减小了工艺系统的变形,提高了旋压件的加工质量;另一方面,新工艺更适合硬度及变形抗力较低的材料的高精度旋压成形加工。
英文摘要:Based on analyzing problems about several common forming disfigurement and failure modes of roller in NC spinning, a novel precision spinning technique was introduced for spinning process with roller creep-feed spinning work piece in feed direction.On this basis, comparative experiments of spinning tube with/without creep feed were carried out.The experimental results have shown that:on the one hand, the novel precision spinning technique can extend life span of roller,reduce deformation of spinning process and achieve higher spinning precision;on the other hand, it is suggested that the technique is an optimum option,in particular,for spinning workpiece made of lower hardness and deformation resistance of materials.
