中文摘要:以空调联箱多支管件为研究目标,分析它在内高压成形过程中产生的主要缺陷,并提出在管坯中加入芯轴的解决方案。运用有限元方法对变形过程进行模拟分析,讨论不同芯轴放置位置,不同芯轴长度,不同芯轴内径大小,不同芯轴形状对起皱开裂的影响程度,由此得出最佳的芯轴方案。结果表明:在管坯中放入芯轴来缓解缺陷的方案是可行的。这个方案不仅可以缓解缺陷,还可以提高支管高度。对于本文研究的空调联箱多支管,长度为22mm,外径为11.5mm,内径为5mm的芯轴最为合适。
英文摘要:Multi-way tube on air conditioning header is considered as the research objective, analyzing the main defects and gives the core shaft solutions in the hydro-forming process. Finite Element Simulation method is utilized to simulate and analyzed the deformation process. Through analyzed the influence of the different core shaft positions, different core shaft length, different diameter size and different core shaft shape on defects, thus obtains the best core shaft solution. Results suggest that the solutions of core shaft for air hundling unit are Feasible, and tubes height and quantity that can meet the requirements. It not only can alleviate defects, but also can improve branches height. For this study of air hundling unit, the best solution is length 22mm, out diameter 11.5mm and inner diameter 5mm.
