中文摘要:采用XRD、OM、SEM和TEM等微观分析方法研究了含0-2.0wt% Sm的AZ61合金显微组织。研究发现,稀土Sm与合金内A1原子结合形成高熔点Al2Sm弥散粒子, Al2Sm相可以作为AZ61合金基体的形核核心,从而细化合金组织。
英文摘要:The effect of Sm (0-2.0 wt. %) addition on the microstructure of AZ61 magnesium alloy were investigated by means of XRD, OM, SEM and TEM. The results show that with the addition of 0.5~2.0wt% Sm, the spotted, high-melting point phase Al2Sm was formed in the alloy. Al2Sm particals can cause the heterogeneous nucleation of a-Mg matrix and refined the microstructure of AZ61 alloy.
