中文摘要:通过硬度、导电率测量以及金相分析,研究了直接添加法、合金添加法两种工艺对触头材料用Cu-Cr-Zr合金性能的影响。结果表明:在真空熔炼条件下,对于同种工艺,随着Zr元素添加量增加,合金硬度增加,但导电率却下降。与直接添加法相比,合金添加法有利于减少Zr及Cr元素的烧损;显微组织中富Cu-Zr相主要呈条状连续枝晶状致密分布,颗粒状Cr相在铜基体上的分布相对均匀、致密,其得到的Cu-Cr-Zr合金硬度及导电率值要高一些。
英文摘要:Passing hardness treatment, electric conductivity treatment and optical metalloscope, the effect of direct-adding and interalloy-adding on the properties of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy was studied. The results showed that the hardness is increased but the electric conductivity is decreased with the quantity of zirconium increasing under the same preparation technology on the condition of vacuum melting. Comparing to adopting direct-adding, interalloy-adding can reduce the burning loss of zirconium and chromium. Zirconium-rich phases existing in the form of needle branch is fine mainly, also the distribution of chromium-rich is fine. The values of hardness and electric conductivity are bigger.
