中文摘要:分析喷枪失效原因,对损坏喷枪的残样和未损坏的喷枪进行宏观、微观形貌和金相组织的对比分析,在宏观形貌分析中可见损坏的喷枪有明显被腐蚀的痕迹。对损坏的喷枪进行XRD分析,测定腐蚀产物。结果表明:喷枪的腐蚀形式有晶间腐蚀和孔蚀。引起晶间腐蚀的原因可能是M23C6或是金属间化合物在晶界处的析出;而引起孔蚀的原因可能是α相与γ相构成两相区,形成微电池,最终导致点蚀。
英文摘要:Abstract: To analyze the fracture reason of failure lance. The failure and unused lance were compared and analyzed about macro-profile, micro-morphology and metallurgical structure. The trace of corrosion on failure lance was observed obviously when it was analyzed on macro-profile. Failure lance was XRD analyzed to determine corrosion products. The results indicate that the corrosion forms are intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion, accordingly, due to the precipitation of M23C6 and intermetallic compound, α phase and γ phase formed two-phase region, micro-battery.
