柴油机机体增开窗口铸造成型后有限元分析

中文摘要：摘要：为了维修方便，便于曲轴主轴承盖取出，在某6T柴油机机体曲轴箱部分增开了六个窗口再进行铸造加工。为了验证铸造成型后机体的可靠性，借助大型有限元软件Abaqus对曲轴箱开窗后的三个典型工况下的有限元分析，通过分析可知开窗后机体的强度和刚度均满足设计要求，可以认为开窗后的曲轴箱的可靠性是可以得到保证的。
英文摘要：Abstract : For maintenance convenience, make the crankshaft main bearing cover is easy to remove, six windows are added at the crankcase of a 6T diesel engine before casting forming . In order to verify the reliability of the engine block, FEM analysis of the three typical conditions of the crankshaft based on large FEM software ABAQUS is carried out. It indicates that the strength and stiffness of the engine block after adding windows meet the design requirements. Therefore，it concludes that the reliability of the crankcase can be guaranteed after adding windows。
