英文摘要: It is difficulty of multi position progressive die for commencing mass production, with lowering production costs and increasing the material utilization rate, with the application of the blank layout technique with multi position progressive die without waste material. Taken for instance using water heater tank as fixed support, the problem of material overlap during the design of the optimal packing with multi position progressive die without waste, work piece positioning, step control etc, are analyzed and the solutions are presented. With proof from production, the die designed according to the solutions fully meet the demands of the consumer.
