中文摘要:在MM7132平面磨床上对正火态的42CrMo钢进行了磨削淬火试验,研究了砂轮粒度及砂轮转速对淬硬层深度及组织的影响。试验结果表明:磨削深度在0.1~0.6mm范围内变化时,砂轮粒度对淬硬层深度影响不明显,砂轮转速由1500r/min增加至3000r/min过程中,磨削淬火的工艺稳定性得到了提高。磨削淬火后,42CrMo钢的完全淬硬区显微硬度的变化范围为510HV~850HV,完全淬硬区由细小的板条状马氏体组成,过渡区由马氏体、铁素体、珠光体以及回火索氏体组织组成。
英文摘要:The grind hardening experiments were performed on the MM7132 plane grinder with the normalized 42CrMo steel. Effect of the granularity of grinding wheel and rotating speed of it on the depths of grind hardening layer and structure were studied. The results showed that there was no obvious effect of the on the depth of the grind hardening layer when the grinding depth was changed from 0.1mm to 0.6mm. When the rotating speed of grinding wheel was increased from 1500r/min to 3000r/min, the technological stability of grind hardening was improved. The range of microhardness in the fully hardened region of 42CrMo steel was 510HV~850HV. The structures in the fully hardened region were composed with fine lath martensite and the structures in the transitional region were composed with martensite, ferrite, pearlite and the tempered sorbite.
