含铋黄铜的组织和性能研究

中文摘要:本文采用铸造-拉拔的方法研究了以铋、锡和铝代替铅的环保黄铜棒。利用光学显微镜,扫面电镜等手段研究了含铋黄铜的微观组织和脱锌后组织,并对其力学,摩擦系数和切削性能进行了研究。结果表明:Bi和Pb一样以独立的第三相存在于α相和α相界处,Sn固溶于基体中,强化了晶界,改善了Bi 的形状,并且阻滞了α相,与Cu、O等元素构成了致密的保护膜,阻止了基体Zn的溶解,提高了含铋黄铜的耐蚀性能。
英文摘要:A new enviromental friendly cutting brass containing bismuth instead of lead was studied by casting and hot-drawing.The microstructure of studied alloy was observed by optical microscope ,scanning electron microscope and the mechanical,dezincification,Friction coefficient and cutting properties were studied.The results show that Bi existed in the α phase and α phase boundary like Pb as an independent third-phase;Sn is solid soluted in the matrix ,and enhanced grain boundary,and improving the shape of the Bi.Besides Sn with Cu, O, etc. elements constituted a compact protective film to prevent dissolution of the matrix Zn ,and improved the corrosion resistance of brass containing bismuth.
