中文摘要:借助X-射线衍射仪,数字显微硬度计,扫描电子显微镜,万能材料实验机等设备研究了Al含量的变化对一类Zr合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Al含量的增加,合金组织中的晶粒变小,合金的硬度,压缩强度增加。当Al原子含量达到10%时合金的硬度,强度都最佳,随着Al含量进一步升高时,合金的性能会随之下降。
英文摘要:The effects of Al content on mechanics properties of a Zr alloy have been examined and analyzed by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),digital micro-hardness,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and universal materials testing machine. The results showed that grain size decreased and alloy with the increase of Al amount. At the same time the hardness and strength of experiment alloys improved with Al content increasing. The hardness and strength are best with an addition of Al of 10%. And when Al content increased further, the performance of the alloy can fall subsequently.
