中文摘要:本文通过相图计算、示差热(DSC)分析,拉伸试验及显微组织分析,对铸造Al-7Si-2.5Cu-0.3Mg合金热处理过程进行了研究。结果表明:Al-7Si-2.5Cu-0.3Mg合金在515℃左右和535℃左右发生低熔点共晶组织转变,500℃×4小时固溶后,可使合金中低熔点共晶物完全溶解;该合金热处理可以采用单级固溶和分级固溶热处理工艺,单级固溶热处理工艺为:500℃×10h+175℃×6h,分级固溶热处理工艺为500℃×4h+520℃×8h+ 175℃×6h respectively。
英文摘要:The heat treatment process of Al-7Si-2.5Cu-0.3Mg alloy was studied by calculated alloy phase diagram ,differential thermal analysis (DSC), tension testing and microstructure observation. The results shown that the phase-transformation temperature of the eutectics in the alloy is about 515℃ and 535℃.After solution treated at 500℃ for 4 hours, the low melting temperature eutectics in this alloy fully dissolved in aluminum matrix .Single-stage solid solution and multistage solid solution are suitable for this alloy. The optimized Single-stage solid solution heat treatment and multistage solid solution heat treatment process is 500℃×10h+175℃×6h and 500℃×4h+520℃×8h+ 175℃×6h respectively。
