中文摘要:在室温对完全时效商业7003铝合金后进行4道次Bc路径ECAP挤压后进行拉伸和硬度实验,借助SEM和EDS对断口进行分析。结果表明:试样的力学性能主要发生在第一道次,硬度和抗拉强度得增强,但延展性下降明显。断口为韧性断裂,观察到了等轴韧窝、撕裂韧窝、剪切韧窝和卵形韧窝。第二相质点对韧窝的尺寸影响非常大。
英文摘要:An overaged commercial Al 7003 alloy was processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) at ambient temperature for a total of 4 passes with route Bc,its mechanical properties were examined by tensile tests and hardness tests,then the fracture were investigated by mean of SEM and EDS. The results show that: the mechanical properties of the specimens occurred mainly in the first pass.With the number of ECAP passes was evaluated, the hardness and tensile strength was enhanced but the elongation was failure. The fracture is ductile fracture.The equiaxed dimples, tear dimples, shear dimples and oval dimples were observed. The second phase particle extremely influence on the dimple sizes.
