中文摘要:采用Instron5882万能材料试验机研究了混合稀土加入量对含铁1.2%的ZL101组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在本试验范围内,适量RE的加入可以有效抑制高铁ZL101合金中的针状Fe相,细化α-Al晶粒,改善共晶硅的形貌,提高合金的抗拉强度,但对其伸长率的提高并不明显。随RE加入量的增加,含铁1.2%的ZL101合金的铸态和T6态的抗拉强度为先升后降,当RE加入量为0.36%时,达到最大值148MPa和211MPa,比变质前分别提高了28.7%和22%。
英文摘要:By the use of Instron5882 Universal testing machine,the effects of RE on the mechanical properties of ZL101 alloy containing 1.2%Fe were researched. The results show that: within the scope of this experiment, the defined amount of RE in ZL101 alloy with 1.2%Fe content can effectively inhibit needle-like iron phase, improve the morphology of eutectic silicon, refine α-Al grains and increase alloy’s tensile strength. However, the improvement of its elongation is not obvious. With increasing RE content, the tensile strength of the alloy on as-cast and T6 heat-treatment state show the tendency of first rise and then drops,and the maximum values are 148MPa and 211MPa, respectively,improved by 28.7% and 22% than that of un-modified alloys.
