中文摘要:采用等离子喷涂工艺在TiAl合金表面制备常规和纳米ZrO2-7%Y2O3(质量分数)热障涂层,分析了两种涂层的组织结构,并对其隔热性能进行了比较。结果表明,等离子喷涂常规热障涂层呈典型的层状堆积特征,而纳米涂层为特殊的两相结构。相对于常规涂层,纳米涂层有较好的隔热性能。在1100℃时,等离子喷涂常规及纳米涂层的隔热温度分别为83℃和127℃。
英文摘要:Conventional and nanostructured ZrO2-7%Y2O3 (mass fraction) thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) were deposited on TiAl base alloy substrates by the plasma spraying technique. The microstructures and thermal insulation capability of the two types of coatings were comparatively researched. The results show that the tradition coating has a typical laminated structure. However, the nanostructured coating exhibits a bimodal microstructure consisted of fully melted regions and partially melted regions. The nanostructured coating has better thermal barrier effect than the conventional coating. The temperature drops of conventional and nanostructured coatings measured at 1100 ℃ are 83 ℃ and 127 ℃ respectively.
