中文摘要:采用电镀铬+激光熔凝表面改性方法对Inconel690合金管进行表面处理,获得激光熔凝层。研究了激光功率和扫描速度对熔凝层微观结构和形貌的影响,进而得到了对Inconel690合金镀铬层进行CO2激光熔凝处理的最佳工艺参数。
英文摘要:Electroplated chrome coating was made on the Inconel690 alloy tubes firstly. Then the laser alloy layer was obtained by using laser cladding methed on the coating. Through the scanning electron microscope, the influence of the parameters of laser power and scan speed on the microstructure of the laser caldding layer was investigated. Naturally, the optimal CO2 laser cladding process of electroplated chrome coating on the Inconel690 alloy tubes was obtained.
