中文摘要:通过在钛合金表面激光熔覆镍基涂层,分别探讨了扫描速度对熔覆层宏观形貌的影响,激光能量密度对熔覆层微观组织的影响,WS2添加量对熔覆层宏观形貌、成型质量、组织均匀性和显微硬度的影响。研究表明:随着扫描速度的提高,钛合金表面激光熔覆层的宽度W、高度H、基底熔深h均减小。随着熔覆材料中WS2含量的增加,熔覆层形貌从凸起型过渡为凹陷型,且粉末利用率降低;熔覆层裂纹和气孔等缺陷变多;微观组织均匀性变差。添加WS2的熔覆层显微硬度低于Ni60熔覆层。
英文摘要:By laser cladding nickel-based self-lubricating coatings on titanium surface, discussing the impact of scanning speed on the cladding layer macro-morphology, the impact of the energy density on microstructure , the impact of WS2 content on the cladding layer macroscopic morphology, forming quality, uniformity and microhardness.Studies shown that: with the increasing of scanning speed, the width W, height H, base penetration h of laser cladding coating on titanium surface were reduced. With the increasing of WS2 content the type of cladding layer morphology changed from convex to concave transition, and the utilization of powder becomes lower ; cladding layer cracks and holes and other defects becomes more; microstructure uniformity deteriorates.The hardness of cladding layer adding WS2 lower than Ni60 cladding.
