中文摘要:研究了压制压力和模具温度对挤压铸造2024铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着压力的增加,合金的铸造缺陷减少,晶粒尺寸变小,超过120 MPa时,变化不大;模具温度在200℃时,组织不均匀,存在显微疏松等缺陷,模具温度在300℃时组织粗大;在模具温度250℃、压力120MPa的工艺参数下得到的铸件,缺陷较少,组织均匀,强度高。经过T6工艺热处理后,抗拉强度达到425MPa,伸长率6.9%。
英文摘要:The effects of pressure and die temperatures on the microstructure and properties of squeeze cast 2024 alloy were investigated. The results show that the casting flaws reduce and the grain size becomes thin with the increase of pressure, when the pressure exceeds 120 MPa, the grain size doesn't almost change, and after which they become almost constant; when die temperature is at 200℃, the microstructure is not equally distributed,and some loosen flaws exist, when die temperature is up to 300℃, the grain becomes coarse;when die temperature is 250℃ and pressure is 120 MPa, the alloy can gain less flaws, even microstructure and better mechanical properties. After T6 heat-treatment, the tensile property of the alloy reaches 425 MPa and elongation reaches 6.9%.
