中文摘要:采用铜模吸铸工艺成功制备了一系列的(Fe1-x-yCoyNix)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4块体非晶合金,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、 差热分析仪(DTA)、 振动样品磁强计(VSM) 测试块体非晶合金的结构 、 热稳定性和磁性能。 探讨了不同Co、Ni含量对(Fe1-x-yCoyNix)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4系合金玻璃形成能力(GFA)及磁性能的影响。结果表明:合金(Fe0.5Co0.5)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4、(FexNi1-x)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4(x=0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2)、(Fe1-x-yCoyNix)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4(x=0.15、0.3、0.45,y=0.1、0.2)均可制得直径为3 mm的非晶棒。该系列合金均具有良好的软磁性能,但随着Co、Ni含量的增加,其饱和磁化强度均下降。
英文摘要:The bulk glassy alloys (Fe1-x-yCoxNiy)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4 [(x=0.5, y=0),(x=0.0, y=0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2),(x=0.15, 0.3, 0.45, y=0.1, 0.2)] with ?准3 mm were prepared by means of copper-mold vacuum suction casting. The structure, thermal stability and magnetic properties were detected by X-ray diffraction(XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The effects of Co, Ni content on glass forming ability and magnetic property of the bulk glassy alloys were discussed. The results show that (Fe0.5Co0.5)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4, (FexNi1-x)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4(x=0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) and (Fe1-x-yCoxNiy)68.4B23Y4.6Nb4 (x=0.15, 0.3, 0.45, y=0.1, 0.2) can all be used to prepare amorphous bar with ?准3 mm. The bulk glassy alloys have good soft magnetic properties. With the increase of the content of Co and Ni, the saturation magnetization (Ms) of the alloys decreases.
