中文摘要:采用亚音速火焰喷涂工艺制备了纳米ZrO2基陶瓷涂层;研究了纳米ZrO2对涂层抗高温氧化性及显微组织的影响。结果表明,添加适量的纳米ZrO2可以细化喷涂层的组织,提高喷涂层的抗高温氧化性,当纳米ZrO2的含量为19%时涂层的抗高温氧化性最好。
英文摘要:The nanometer ZrO2 ceramic coating was prepared by subsonic speed flame spraying. The influences of nanometer ZrO2 on microstructure and high-temperature oxidation resistance of the ceramic coating were studied. The results show that, when adding proper quantity of nanometer ZrO2, the microstructure of spraying coating can be fined and high-temperature oxidation resistance of coating enhances. When the ceramic coating contains 19% nanometer ZrO2, the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coating is best.
