中文摘要:采用梅尼尔模型与有限元模拟相结合的方法,对感应热处理后截齿的硬度以及组织进行了预测预报,并对模拟结果进行了实验验证。在模拟过程中以普通加热近似处理感应加热,通过合理选择钢的热物性参数、换热系数,表明模拟结果和实验结果有很好的一致性。
英文摘要:By maynier's mathematic model combined with ANSYS finite element analysis method, the hardness and microstructure distribution of cutting pick after induction heat-treated were predicted and verified. The results show that the simulation results agree very well with the experimental ones. In the process of simulation, appropriate thermophysical parameters and coefficient of heat transfer should be chosen reasonably and the simulating method of normal quenching procedure can be in place of induction heat treatment.
