中文摘要:运用金相分析、SEM显微观察及力学性能测试方法分析研究电厂蒸汽管道12Cr1MoV钢在高温环境下长期运行对管材组织和性能的影响。结果表明,高温条件下长期运行,管材强度和塑性均有所下降,管材组织的不均匀性促进了珠光体的球化和碳化物的析出,拉伸断口出现准解理形态,管材的组织和性能发生了轻度劣化,但仍可以继续安全运行。
英文摘要:The variation of microstructure and mechanical properties of 12Cr1MoV steel at high-temperature was studied by means of metallographic examination, fractography and mechanical property test. The results show that, under long-term service at high temperature, the strength and plasticity of 12Cr1MoV steel decrease, the microstructure inhomogeneity promotes pearlite spheroidization and carbide precipitation in grain boundary, and has quasi-cleavage fracture. The microstructure and mechanical properties of 12Cr1MoV steel is mildly deterriorated, but it can also operate safely.
