中文摘要:利用箱式电阻炉、自行研制的高精度程序控制深冷箱对比,研究了热处理工艺和深冷处理工艺对2A11铝合金样品尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明,深冷处理后的样品的尺寸稳定性明显优于只经过普通热处理的样品。经过一次深冷处理后,样品的尺寸稳定性提高了近1倍,经过二次深冷处理后,样品的尺寸稳定性得到进一步提高。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment and cryogenic treatment on dimensional stability of Al alloy 2A11 were studied using a box-type electrical resistance furnace and a cryogenic box with program control. The results show that the dimensional stability of Al alloy 2A11 processed by cryogenic treatment is better than that of only processed by common heat treatment. The dimensional stability increases two times after cryogenic treatment once, and the dimensional stability increases furtherly after cryogenic treatment again.
