中文摘要:钢轨的传统修复方法存在着在修复堆焊前对基体和焊条预热、焊后堆焊层脆性较大等问题。本文研究在冷焊条件下,采用JD-960焊条(贝氏体焊条)直接堆焊修复U75V(PD3)钢轨。根据对堆焊层、热影响区、熔合线的组织分析和硬度测试,结杲表明,用该焊修方式不仅克服了过去存在的问题,而且焊修效果好。
英文摘要:The traditional methods for repairing the rail have a number of problems. For example, the base and electrodes must be preheated before repairing, and the welding layers are brittleness. The U75V(PD3) rail was repaired by welding in the cold condition with JD-960(bainite welding rode) as overlaying welding. The microstructure of overlaying welding,the heat affected zone and the weld junction were studied. The results show that the repairing welding methods can resolve the problems at before and have good effective of overlaying.
