中文摘要:利用热弹塑性有限元方法对5A06铝合金焊接接头的温度场和残余应力场进行模拟。有限元模型中选用三维实体单元,考虑材料物理性能随温度的变化和周边对流、辐射散热的影响。在模型中运用移动的三维双椭球体热源作为输入热源来模拟焊接过程,最终获得了焊接温度场和残余应力场。将有限元计算结果与残余应力的实测结果进行了对比,模拟结果与实测值有较好的一致性。
英文摘要:Temperature and stress field of 5A06 aluminum welded joint was simulated by using thermal-elastoplastic finite element method. The 3-D solid elements were used in FEM model, and the effect of temperature, and the heat convection and radiation of boundary on material properties were considered. The temperature field and residual stress field were obtained by using 3-D double-ellipsoidal heat source model to simulate welded process. The results of prediction and actual measured were compared and the results coincided with each other.
