中文摘要:运用有限元分析软件ANSYS的接触分析,对钎头壳体温挤压凸模进行了数值模拟。从不同摩擦系数和不同转折处圆角半径两个方面,对凸模挤压过程进行了轴对称分析,得到了凸模的等效应力场分布,得出凸模工作的危险区域,确定了凸模和坯料之间的摩擦系数取值在0.1左右,凸模转折处圆角半径取值3 mm。结合工业考核,对挤压工艺和挤压模具进行了优化。
英文摘要: The forming process for warm extrusion punch of drilling bit shell was simulated with contact analysis modules in ANSYS. Its axis-symmetrical analysis with different friction coefficients and roundcorners were employed. The equivalent stress field distribution and dangerous working regions on the punch under working condition were gained. Then the optimal friction coefficient value 0.1 between the punch and the billet, and the optimal round radius 3 mm were obtained. Considering the scene of production, the extrusion process and punch were optimized.
