中文摘要:将用一个侧冒口补缩两个锤头,改为顶冒口,一个冒口补缩一个锤头。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析,对硬质合金-超高锰钢结合区的显微组织、化学成分及基体的组织进行了研究,并探讨了硬质合金-超高锰钢的结合机理。实验结果表明:新工艺下,锤头基体的组织细化;硬质合金和基体结合较好,为扩散结合。
英文摘要:A side-riser which feeds two hammers becomes a top riser which feeds a hammer. The microstructure, compositions and connection mechanism of connection zone between cemented carbide-super high manganese steel, and the microstructure of the matrix are researched by SEM and energy spectrum. The experiment results show that the grain of hammer matrix is refined; the connection between cemented carbide-super high manganese steel is close; the connection mechanism is diffusion bond.
