英文摘要:The working principle and superiority of the one-heat rotary forging are introduced. The key process of the one-heat rotary forging is black making of the automobile′s half shaft on the rotary forging machine. Through the mechanics calculation and finite element analysis, the appropriate dip angle of the top die is determined, which is 3°.Numerical simulation results can be regarded as the theoretical basis for defining main parameters when these series of machines are developed.
