中文摘要:采用基于数理统计理论的混料优化设计方法建立数学模型,研究了埋弧焊陶质焊剂成分之间交互作用对软化温度的影响规律,得到了焊剂组成成分对软化温度影响规律的定量描述回归方程。结果表明:CaF2对软化温度的影响比较突出,当焊剂中CaF2加入量大于一定数量后,随着组元中CaF2量的增加, 软化温度明显降低;而MgO-TiO2-CaCO3-Al2O3的交互作用能够在熔渣中形成相当数量的钙钛矿和尖晶石,从而提高焊剂的软化温度。
英文摘要:Based on simplex algorithm of optimal designs,the multi-components mixture regression model was studied and applied to investigate softening temperature of submerged arc welding flux. Forty-three kinds of flux composition designs were given and the softening temperatures of submerged arc welding were measured, the regression equation of softening temperature with flux components was got. The results indicate that CaF2 has an obvious effect on the softening temperature, with the increase of CaF2, softening temperature decreases, but mutual effect of MgO-TiO2-CaCO3-Al2O3 increases the softening temperature of flux.
