中文摘要:基于CSP工艺,利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟实验机分别对含稀土和不含稀土X65管线钢试样进行CSP工艺的后四道次轧制实验模拟。实验结果表明,在管线钢中加入稀土元素Ce能明显提高钢加工硬化程度。在低温轧制时,稀土元素Ce加入X65管线钢能提高应变能的积累,进而为再结晶行为的发生提供了条件。
英文摘要:Based on CSP craft, the last four rolling experiment for X65 pipeline sample with RE and non-RE was simulated using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing. The experimental results indicate that the pipeline steel with rare-earth Ce can obviously enhance working hardening degree of the steel. Through low-temperature rolling, X65 pipeline steel with rare-earth Ce can enhance the strain energy of accumulation, which provides the conditions for the occurrence of recrystallization behavior.
