中文摘要:在MMs-1G型高速摩擦磨损试验机上对不同石墨形态的铸铁进行高速干滑动摩擦磨损试验。利用SEM观察并分析摩擦面磨损形貌及磨损机理。结果表明:石墨形态对铸铁的摩擦磨损性能有显著影响;随着速度的增加,摩擦系数降低,磨损率增大。
英文摘要:The friction and wear characteristics of cast iron with different graphite morphology (dry sliding against GCr15 steel) were investigated on MMS-1G high speed friction and wearing machine under the conditions of velocity (10~90 m/s) and contact load (0.33~1.67 MPa). The wear mechanisms and tribo-metallographic phases were studied using scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the graphite morphology has an obvious effect on friction and wear characteristics of the cast iron. The friction coefficient declines and wear rate increases with the increase of sliding velocity.
