中文摘要:分析了钢中二相粒子各种作用机制以及这些作用与二相粒子形状之间的关系。根据球、六面体、长棒等钢中常见几何形状的二相粒子的比表面积、平均投影面积,定量或半定量地计算了由于形状的差异造成的二相粒子各种作用在程度上的差别。结果表明:在其他物理、化学条件相同的情况下,无论是位错钉扎、还是氢陷阱作用,球形粒子的作用效率最低。在没有形状因子修正的条件下,利用二相粒子等积球计算将低估二相粒子的实际作用。
英文摘要:The effects mechanism of the second phase particles and relationship between effect and shape were analyzed. According to the specific surface area and the mean projection area of three different shapes (hexahedron, sphere, rod), the differences in efficiency arising from the different shapes were quantitatively or semi-quantitatively calculated. The results show that efficiency of the spherical particles for pinning dislocation and hydrogen trap is lowest on the same physical and chemical conditions. The actual effects of the second phase particles were underestimated using the method of equal volume sphere without shape factor correction.
