中文摘要:The electroless plating Ni-Cu-P coating was applied on ZL104 alloy. Compared with the electroless plating Ni-P coating, the properties of Ni-Cu-P coatings were studied by potentiodynamic polarization, SEM, microhardness etc. The results show that the corrosion resistance, hardness and wear resistance of Ni-Cu-P coating are superior to those of Ni-P coating, which effectively protectes ZL104 alloy.
英文摘要:采用直接化学镀Ni-Cu-P工艺对ZL104合金的耐蚀和耐磨性能进行研究;与化学镀Ni-P二元镀层相比,利用恒电位仪、扫描电镜和显微硬度计等分析测试手段研究了镀层的性能。结果表明:Ni-P-Cu三元合金镀层的耐蚀性、硬度、耐磨性等性能都优于Ni-P合金镀层,对ZL104合金起到了更好的保护作用。
