中文摘要:对Q235钢焊接件进行不同温度和不同保温时间的退火热处理,采用小盲孔法测定处理后各试板的焊接残余应力,比较焊接残余应力降低程度, 得出高温短时保温与低温长时保温在消除焊接残余应力上效果接近,以实验结论为基础,提出了热处理消除焊接残余应力温度与时间等效性的问题。
英文摘要:The annealing treatment at different temperature and holding time on Q235 welded components was carried out. Then the residual stress of specimens treated with different technologies was measured by small blind-hole method and the values of residual stress were compared with the specimens without any treatment. The results show that the degree of eliminating the welding residual stress with high temperature and short holding time or low temperature and long holding time is very approximate. Based on experimental conclusion, the problem of eliminating the equivalency of temperature and time of the welding residual stress by heat treatment was proposed.
