中文摘要:运用渗氮-渗硫复合处理技术在Ti-6Al-4V表面形成复合渗层。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对渗氮后600 ℃下不同时间渗硫所形成的复合渗层的相结构、表面及微观形貌进行了分析;并对复合渗层的截面硬度梯度进行了测定。 结果表明:复合渗层由钛的硫化物、钛的氮化物、过渡层及基体组成。在渗硫温度一定时,渗硫时间的变化,会对渗层的截面硬度梯度、截面形貌产生较大的影响。其中900 ℃× 4 h渗氮 + 600 ℃× 3 h 渗硫的复合处理,所得到的复合渗层是较理想的摩擦学表面。
英文摘要:The complex process of nitriding-sulfurizing was utilized to prepare compound layer on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. The phase structure, surface and micromorphology of the compound layer prepared at 600 ℃for different sulfurizing time were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The cross-section hardness gradient was measured. The results show that the compound layer is composed of titanium sulfide, titanium nitride, interlayer and substrate. There are great effects on the cross-section hardness of the compound layer and cross-section morphology accompanying different sulfurizing time at definite temperature. The ideal tribological surfaces are obtained through complex process of nitriding at 900 ℃ for 4 h and sulfurizing at 600 ℃ for 3 h.
