纯钨异形制品空心阴极烧结工艺研究

中文摘要:分别选取8种不同形状的纯钨异形制品进行空心阴极烧结,研究了烧结工艺的可行性及基本规律。结果表明,所烧结的制品组织致密、表面光滑,密度可达17.9 g/cm3以上;采用不同压制力、成型剂含量和不同的保压时间,烧结成品表现出不同的效果。其中,压制力和成型剂含量对样品致密度的影响较大,压制力越大,致密度越高,反之越低,其中100 kN最佳;成型剂(石蜡与汽油的混合物)含量选择2%为最佳;保压时间对其影响较小。
英文摘要:Eight kinds of different shaped products of pure tungsten were performed by hollow cathode discharge, the feasibility and basic low of the sintering process was investigated. The results show that the sintered products have dense structure, smooth surfaces and its density is more than 17.9 g/cm3. The effect of sintered products is different under different suppress force, forming agent and packing time. Among them, the suppress force and forming agent have more influence on the density and porosity of the samples, the greater the suppress force, the higher the density, and whereas the lower. The best technology is suppress force 100 kN, forming agent 2% that is a mixture of paraffin and petrol, the packing time has little influence on the density.
