中文摘要:针对同步环零件的特点,结合实际生产,建立了可靠、精确的有限元模型,以DEFORM-3D数值分析软件为平台,分析出原有生产工艺的问题。提出了一种带阻力墙结构的新模具结构,最终实现了材料利用率由原来的53.7%提高到现在的73.4%。精确的模拟计算结果与试制生产结果相符合,实际生产验证了研究结果的可靠性。这一研究为同步环零件的材料利用率提高提供了相应的理论依据和技术指导。
英文摘要:According to the characters of synchronizer ring and actual production, the reliable and precise FEM model was established. The problems of initial process was analyzed by DEFORM-3D software. A new die with resistant wall structure was proposed, so the material utilization rates improved from 53.7% to 73.4 % now. The good agreements between the calculating results and experimental ones prove the reliability of the research results. This research can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for improving material utilization of synchronizer rings.
