中文摘要:针对汽车半轴的结构特点,在分析国内外近年来采用的各种成形工艺的基础上,提出了热挤镦头部-冷缩径杆部工序相结合的冷热成形工艺,并用有限元软件Deform-3D对此工艺的成形过程进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,该工艺是适用于半轴成形的有效工艺方案。
英文摘要:Aiming at structure characteristics of automobile semi axle, based on analyzing various forming process for automobile semi axle in recent years, a hot and cold forging process for automobile semi axle was developed, which combined hot extrusion-upsetting head and cold shrink diameter pole. The forging process was simulated by software Deform-3D. The results show that it is an effective forging process for the production of automobile semi axle.
