中文摘要:从烧结助剂、TiB2作为添加相、基体相三个方面综述了相含量对TiB2复相陶瓷刀具材料致密度的影响。结果表明,合适的、适量的燃烧助剂相可以使材料获得良好的润湿性,从而极大地提高复合材料的致密度。TiB2作为添加相, 20%左右的含量就可使复合材料获得高的致密度,过多过少都不利于复合材料致密度的提高;TiB2作为基体相,复合材料的致密度随Al2O3和TiC添加相含量的增加而不断提高,但随着BN含量的增加而不断降低。
英文摘要:The effects of sintering-aids phases, additive phases of TiB2 and matrix phases of TiB2 on the density of TiB2 compound ceramic cutting tool were investigated. The results show that , the good wettability of the composite can be obtained through adding appropriate content of sintering-aids, which can greatly improve the density of the composite ceramic. About 20% TiB2 which works as an inclusion phase in the composite can make the density of the composite get a higher density, but adding too much or too little TiB2 is not good for improving the density of the composite. The density of TiB2 matrix ceramic composite improves with the increase of the content of Al2O3 and TiC, and decreases with the increase of the content of BN.
