中文摘要:采用5 kW CO2激光器对ZL101合金表面进行激光熔凝强化,用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和显微硬度计对熔凝层与铝合金基体的界面结合区的组织结构和显微硬度进行分析。结果表明,重熔后的ZL101显微组织分为熔凝区、热影响区和基体。 熔凝区与基体相比,组织明显细化,共晶Si由针条状变为细小颗粒状。表面熔凝区的硬度较基体提高了20%。
英文摘要:The laser remelting strength of ZL101 alloy was carried out using CO2 continuous transverse flow laser beam with maximum power of 5 kW. The microstructure and hardness of the remelting zone and interface between the remelting zone and substrate were analyzed using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and microhardness testing machines. The results show that the microstructure of the remelted alloy consists of remelting zone, heat-affected zone and substrate. Compared with the substrate, the grain in remelting zone is obviously refined, where eutectic Si transforms from needle like strip into fine particle. The hardness of surface remelting zone increases by 20% compared with the substrate.
